WFHA has been supporting field hockey in the Washington DC area since 1924, which was shortly after USFHA created the Southeast Field Hockey Association and made Washington, D.C one of the local Associations therein.

The WFHA also maintains a hotline with information about our organization. The hotline also serves as our inclement weather line. Please remember to check the WFHA Hotline, 703-642-WFHA (9342), before heading out to the fields if it rained the day before or if there's inclement weather in the forecast.
