May 26, 2005 The Potomac School is looking for a Varsity Head Field Hockey Coach and a Varsity Assistant Field Hockey Coach for next fall. Our season begins on August 22nd, 2005 and ends on November 4th, 2005. We compete in the Independent Schools' League with some of the best field hockey teams in the region. We just recently our long time field hockey coach retired leaving a >huge void in an otherwise healthy program. Our program was one of the first interscholastic sports at our school and there is a lot of pride and history in it. We will have between 20-28 girls on the team this upcoming fall and I am desperately seeking a qualified coach to lead them into the future. Wanted to let you all know that the GWU women's club field hockey team is looking for a coach for it's upcoming fall season. Here's the info: Home field: Mt Vernon campus turf field in NW DC, Foxhall Road, Practices run 5 days per week from 4-7PM-- subject to change based on class schedules, etc. Coach needed at least a couple of those days, but not necessarily all of them, Games- last fall played 6 games against other college club teams- one was at home and one was overnight, the rest were day trips in the area.
